1. Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must possess a minimum of five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics at not more than two sittings in WAEC, NECO or NABTEB.

• Candidates applying for programs like Community Health, Environmental Health, or Medical Laboratory must be 17 years or older.

• Diploma in Community Health

• Environmental Health Technology

• Medical Laboratory Technician

• Pharmacy Technician

• Health Information Management

3. Application Steps

1. Create an Account: Register using a valid email address and phone number.

2. Verify Your Email: Check your email for a verification link.

3. Fill the Online Application Form: Provide accurate personal, academic, and contact details.

4. Upload Required Documents:

   • O’Level results (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB)

   • Birth certificate or affidavit

   • Passport photograph

5. Pay the Application Fee: Payment is non-refundable. Use the secure Paystack gateway.

6. Submit Application: Ensure all fields are correctly filled before submitting.

4. After Submission

• Monitor your email and dashboard regularly for admission updates.

• Shortlisted applicants will be invited for entrance exams/interviews.

5. Important Dates

• Application Opens: June 1, 2025
